Idaho Research Services
Family Research is located in
Boise, Idaho, ten minutes from the State Capitol and
the Idaho Public Archives and Research Library,
which is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m.
- 5 p.m. and closed on major State holidays.
The list of Idaho Records below is just a portion of
those readily available to us. We do not charge for
travel within the city. Ask us for an estimate
today!
We have direct access to city, county and state
records of Idaho, as well as city and county directories,
phone books, newspapers, and other material. We
will gladly provide research or assistance with the
following:
- Marriage Records; Death Records prior to 1951
- Locating missing relatives, friends, and
classmates!
- Searches of Idaho High School and College
Yearbooks
.
- Searches of City,
County, and regional Directories and telephone
books.
- Research city and county histories.
- Search for
newspaper obituaries and historical articles.
- Idaho Cemetery Research:
cemeteries and gravesite location, transcription
and photography services are available.
- State Prison and prisoner records.
- Land, homestead, and historical research and
photography.
- Original records search at any county courthouse
(deeds, wills, probate, etc.)
- U.S. Federal Censuses (1790-1930) including the
1890 Idaho Reconstructed Census.
